Dues are late as of January 31, 2023.
February 1 2023 HOA payments will need to be in the amount of $2520.00
3.5% fee will apply

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PROCEDURE
First Assessment Payment
First payment due January 1. 2024 …………………$1210.00

If not received by January 31, 2024, the second installment is accelerated, and a $100.00 late fee will be applied or…$2520.00
On February 15, 2024 if payment of $2520.00 is not received an additional late fee of $100.00 and a ten (10) day warning letter of lien will be sent for the entire balance of $2520.00
If payment is not received within this ten (10) day period a lien will be filed to include all lien fees, attorney fees and interest.
If the assessment remains unpaid after the lot has been liened the Association will initiate suit action.
If the assessment remains unpaid after 90 days the Association will Suspend all Services to the homeowner.

On May 15, 2024, if full payment of $1310.00 is not received a ten (10) day warning letter of lien will be sent for the balance of $1310.00.
